Hi...
I have a 14 month old little girl. Lately she's been waking up screaming a couple of hours after she goes to sleep. So the other night my husband brought her into our room...
I'm afraid this may become a habit. What's the best way to calm her down and get her back to sleep in her own room?

Hi not sure if this helped...
It turned out that the light in the common area was making shadows in her room. So she was getting scared. I got a night light for in there and sure enough she's been sleeping soundly. PHEW!!!
