Title: What age to eliminate night feedings??
Post by: ~Angie~ on March 23, 2006, 13:58:20 pm
I know there is a post on here about watering down night feedings to get your LO to stop waking to eat at night. We still have one night waking/feed that I am about 90% sure is truely needed. But was just curious as to what age is it recommended to not feed your LO at night? When do you know they no longer need this feed?

Thanks  ;D

there's no set age for that, most don't need it by 6 months but some don't need it earlier or later. Follow your instincts with your LO you'll know when its the right time, you just have to trust yourself.

i agree with karita - only you can really make that call - if your lo is only waking once a night for a feeding i would consider that a blessing as my dd woke at least twice a night at that age!  ;)
