Post by: me and bean on March 31, 2006, 18:05:35 pm
hi

i've read so much different advice in books, and am not sure how much whole milk to give my lo.  "...no more than 16oz a day."  "...a quart."

how much are you giving your lo's?

and, whole milk is vitamin d milk right?

thanks

I am making the switch to whole milk next week and currently we are on 17oz a day not including  dairy products. I have been adviced that 14oz is the minimum requirement not including milk products so I am cutting down another bottle so she will be on two a day equaling 14oz.

Happy birthday Michael !  at 12 months Ryan had 8oz in the morning and 7 oz at night . by 13/14 months he gave up his night time bottle so we added more milk to cereal

p.s  it's April 1 st today here !
