Liam likes teething biscuits, arrowroot cookies and saltine crackers while he is teething. I am not sure about the time between -

I offer Liam food at
7amish breakfast cereal/fruit & toast+ bf
After his first nap (about 10.30) - includes bf & cracker
12.30 - lunch - bread, meat & veg
after second nap (about 3.30) includes bf & fruit Jelly
5/5.30 dinner meat veg & fruit
bf @ 7pm
I give toast, fruit loaf, rice crackers & rice cakes & basically any cracker with low salt
soft fruits
Liam isn't on any dairy yet.
My routine is to fit in with the one Aiden is on & seems to work... I have a coffee or tea, when they have a snack & then Aiden has dinner with dh & I at 6pm...Liam is too tired for food then, so I feed earlier

I know my DD is only 8 months but she has been on solids since 4 months and now eats everything we give her she has:
7.30am - Cereal with milk and some of Daddys toast
8.30am - Bottle
SOmetimes some cheese after her nap lately she is too busy to eat to busy playing
12.30pm - Yoghurt with fruit
1.30pm - Bottle
After nap i give water in a cup and offer a biscuit, cheese or jelly
5.30pm - Usually whatever we are having always at least 3 vege, almost always meat and sometimes pasta or rice. Pasta with sauce is her favourite.
6.45pm - Bottle
So she has her bottles 5hrs apart and her meals the same which works out well.
When she drops her lunch bottle i will be giving her more lunch probably a sandwich as well.
I was giving dessert after dinner but found she wouldn't finish her bottle at night so i have stopped this for a while.

Here's Elise's general routine (times are approximate)...
7:30 am - bf
8:30 - cheerios for a snack
11:30 - bf, solids for lunch immediately after
4:00 - bottle
6:00 - solids for dinner
7:30 pm - bf
She typically eats oatmeal with fruit for lunch & veggies/meat for dinner. She likes Gerber wagon wheels a lot, & plain graham crackers & Nila wafers are new favorites! I also keep trying little pieces of cheese, pasta, fruits, etc for finger foods.
