Title: summery recepies

i'm looking for some summer recipes like picnic food, ice lollies etc to put in a local newsletter, if any one has any they've used and their LO has enjoyed please let me know. you have to be happy for them to be in print though!!! it doesn't matter what age they're for cos i can write that sort of info on each recipe.

I made jelly recently from johnosmums recipe see above link. I made it with mixed fruit juice and chopped up load of different types of fruit.
