Hi Ladies,

I have a question for you.  On pg 180 of the BWSAYP, in the box on the bottom it says Four months:  Feed every 4 hours 3 naos  1 1/2 hrs - 2hr plus a 45 catnap in the late afternoon.  Can someone tell me when the naps should be?  My lo is on the 4hr EASY and has 2 2 1/2 hour naps and a 45 min cat nap.   he eats 7, 11, 3, 7 and sleeps througt he night so he doesn't take a bottle in the night on most nights anyway.  he naps from 8-10:30 / 12-2:30 / 4:30-5:30.  Can someone please show me a sample of 3 naps and a cat nap like Tracy talks about?

Hi  there,

 what Tracy means is 3 naps in total for the day, two naps of 1.30-2hrs each, and one  45min catnap  ;)

thanks,  that is what I thought, but the way it is worded is 3 naps plus a cat nap.  I just wanted to check....
