Title: food allergy??

i was wondering if my ds has an allergy to something that i am eating.  he is breasfed with an occaisonal formula bottle.  if he does have an allergy i don't think it is all that bad, but every so often he will have a rash on his face and chest (the other day also on his arms).   it's not a bad one, but something i can notice and then it goes away after a short time.  he gets a stuffy nose and sometimes rubs his eyes.  i am not sure if he is just finding his hands and that is a new trick or if he is really rubbing them becasue they itch.  he also is very gassy.  i have been trying to pinpoint what i am eating but i haven't found the culprit yet.  does this sound like an allergy or am i just worring for nothing?

could it be heat rash? that is a small bumpy red rash..(not like hives)

It does sound like a possible food issue to me. Have you noticed any correlation to the formula bottle? Or have you tried the elimination diet?
