10 month, 11 month and 12 month?  Also how long are they supposed to be sleeping for nights and naps?  Thanks.

Each little one is different when it comes to Activity Time, Naps and Night Sleep.  I believe under the sleep sections they have a list of 'average' sleep requirements for each age.

My daughter is 10 months old and this is her routine which of course changes slightly due to her needs each day.  Just as our needs change so do our babies needs.

6am wake

6-9am Activity Time

9am nap for just 30 minutes (if she sleeps longer than this she won't nap well in the afternoon)

9:30ish-1pm Activity Time

1-3pm nap

3-5:45 Activity Time

6/6:30 bed time

However some lo's this age can handle more A time and other less.  It's all about following your lo's cues and knowing what's best for them.

Can you post your routine?  Maybe we can help adjust it if you are having any problems with A time, naps, or night time sleep.

Thanks.
Melissa

My LO is 11mths and 1 week.  His activity time spans about 3-3.5 hours and takes 2 naps daily, one in the am for about 2 hours and another in the pm for 2-3 hours.  Then he goes down for the night at about 7-ish and wakes the next morning at 7am.

All LOs are different and I have a sleeper.  Once he starts daycare, he may need to adjust his nap routine because they do not nap for such long periods.
