Title: elimination diet

For those that are on it, or have done it, are you allowed to add olive oil to your food or anything to give it some kind of flavor?

I have been using salt and pepper but that just doesnt seem to help much.

I'm not really sure -  have you checked the Dr. Sear's website? He has some great advice on the elimination diet. Otherwise you can also try posting in the MSPI thread above.

I would be careful with olive oil as my son reacts quite bad to it. If you decide to try it maybe only use a tiny amount at first and see what happens. You could also patch test it on your childs skin to see if it causes a reaction.
