Hi, first I do not want to bother to anybody.
I posted some questions in pu pd forum and girls were great but they answer me 2 days later. I can usually see some non replayed post for 2 or more days. I know that not everybody knows the answers about pupd because is difficult. and I suppose that is because of this that many questions remains without an answer. I also know that pupd forum moderator has not obligation to answer, and certainly doesn t have all the answers.. but perhaps if you call for more moderators to pupd forum incentive other users to bring some advices and to reply posts and make the post more dynamic. like I said, just a suggestion. thank you

Hi Urbantis, thank you for your suggestion. Understandably it is frustrating when posts go unanswered in a forum, and we try to ensure that it is not a regular occurrence.
Over the years we have tried various moderation models to reach the one we currently have, and our goal now as always is to get the community involved more and more in answering posts. In our experience an increase in moderators results in a decrease of community participation which is unfair to moderators who end up answering the majority of posts.
Rest assured that we constantly monitor the situation and that we will take your suggestion under advisement :)
