Title: How do you donate in non-UK dollars
Post by: Aly Mac on July 26, 2007, 00:18:45 am
Hi there,

I would really like to donate some money but dont' want it eaten up in exchange rates.  Is there someway that I can donate in Australian dollars?

If it's the only way, that's fine, I just want all the money to go to you guys! not mr exchange rate....thanks

Thank you for your kind offer of donating :) :)

As far as I'm aware there's no way to avoid the exchange rate.  Paypal, for all it's faults, offers the most reliable and efficient way to exchange currency on the smaller scale.  Even a bank-bank international transfer will incur costs that could exceed those of Paypal's.  Less than ideal, but the best of a bad bunch is the easiest way to sum it up :)
