I know it's early but I had a question about the time change.
IN Tracy's book it states that when 'falling back' you keep them up one extra hour and they will then sleep in. Well, my daughter no matter what will wake up right around 6am. If she put down late, early, right on time....if she's overtired, undertired, just right....no matter what...up at the butt crack of dawn.
How in the world do I get her to sleep in so that our days don't start at 5am once the time change occurs in October, as 6am is early enough.
Just wondering if anyone else has a lo like I do and how they worked out the time changes.
We may also be moving 3 hours eastward in October so that may be our solution as I am sure that will throw her off even more, but that's another post all in itself
Thanks.
Melissa
