If she really seems hungry, then I would go ahead and keep feeding her at 2 am.  If you want to try and stretch it out a little, give her the paci first, then if she really is hungry, she may wake again in another hour or so (maybe sooner).  Sorry to hear she got worked up, but that does happen.  It's good to let her work it out....she may just surprise you!!  And it's good you didn't have to replug so often.  PROGRESS!!!

Sometimes you can decrease the amount of ounces you give over night (or if bf the amount of minutes) and add it to her daytime intake.  I used to give my lo 5 oz at night and slowly started to decrease it 4,3,2.  He would eat one more ounce at each bottlle the next day and after a few days slept right through the middle of the night.
