Need sample 11 month old schedules - please help!

Hi - I tried searching within the topic of sample EASY schedules but when I put '11 month' everything with the word 'month' came up first and then when I tried '11' ... well you can guess anything that mentioned '11' came up! So I was hoping I could ask for sample 11 month schedules/typical days.

I am having ALOT of trouble with my son's naps lately... also this is leading to horrible night wakings. It started about a month ago but seemed to sort itself out, but the past two weeks have been HORRENDOUS. He has been on EASY since 2.5 months, we had to use PUPD sleep training at 9 months to sort out AP issues (nursing to sleep at nighttime and rocking as part of nap routine) but we fixed that. Only problem is that now he is refusing one of his naps (usually the second nap) he has a horribly long second awake time and then he is overtired at bedtime and we are back to nursing to sleep (although now it is obviously not intentional). I really don't want to get into this bad habit so I wanted to get an idea of a typical day at this age. I assume we are hard core into the 2-1 nap transition, although I think it might be too early for this. Any ideas!? Thanks!!!

Yes, this is the core of the 2-1 transition.

I would try & shorten the morning nap to 45mins & try for pm nap about 3ish hrs later. At 11 months we were doing:

6-6.30 - wake
9.30-10:15 - morning nap
1.30-3pm - afternoon nap
6.30 - bedtime

Have a look at the 2-1 thread in NAPS forum.... lots of mums in the same boat as you. It might be a few tough months of chopping naps, short naps & rediculously early bedtimes...

Thank you! Will try that this week. Today was better  - he took 2 naps but only a short one in the PM. Still its better than nothing!
