I'm wondering, what exactly does "bedtime" mean in an EASY routine?
Is it the time you put baby down to sleep? What if he needs 20-30 minutes to settle before sleeping?
Or do you anticipate the settling time and put baby down in the crib some time before bedtime, in the hopes that he will be asleep at the actual bedtime?
Should settling time (whether it be quiet or crying) be considered as Activity time?

Yeah, the A time includes settling down time and the S time is the time they actually spend asleep.

hi, in my understanding bedtime is when you put your baby down, not when they fall asleep.
so, if I say my dd's bedtime is 7:30, it's whane she's in her bed even if she falls asleep 15 minutes later.
