if you're in the U.S. the clocks don't go back until Nov. 4, 2 weekends.

As for how to do it...I thought we had a FAQ about this or something maybe someone knows?  I think you can start going to bed 15 mins later each day a few days ahead or something.  Most babies straighten out within a few days, it's not as bad as it might seem.
3 boys:  D-8, L-5, and C-3 and one more little one due 11/11

Yes, there is an FAQ on this one:

https://babywhispererforums.com/index.php?topic=44509.0

I've been extending DS's day by 10m all this week so that on Saturday night he will go to bed at 8pm rather than 7pm and I'm hoping he'll manage to sleep until closer to what would be 8am (will be 7am once clocks have changed!)

HTH!

We're doing the same, streching out the bedtime and then when the clocks change hopefully ds will settle in a few days....

...until the bl@*$y fireworks start. >:(

We've already had some going off the last couple of months round here.  DS has managed to sleep through all of them (thankfully!) but who knows what will happen as 5 November gets closer!  And then they'll be going on and off until Chinese New Year!!!

I think that's one of the suggestions in the FAQ, isn't it?
