My Katie, who up until now has only ever slept for either 45 mins or 1hr 30 mins at a time, has started doing 1hr 10 min naps instead of 1hr 30. This isn't a huge problem for us as I just put her to bed 20 mins earlier - but it's happening quite often. I wondered if anyone knew if this "meant" anything - eg undertired, overtired??
Our routine (in terms of sleep):
7am get up
10:15am nap - I wake her after an hour to preserve the PM nap
2:45pm nap - I wake her after 1hr 30 if she's not already awake
7:30pm bed
