Can you tell me when should I stop lat afternoon catnap? Health visitor told me today to be careful with it or will mess up my night times!
When I get rid of it what time do you think he should go to bed?

Enfys was 6.5 - 7 months when she stopped consistently having a cat nap.  She will still have one from time to time, if her other naps haven't been very good.  Your lo will have to be able to stay up 3 hours without getting overtired before he will be ready.  How old is he?  What is his routine now?

dizzy - why don't you show us your routine and we might be able to help with the bedtime.  Also, the catnap really depends on how much daytime sleep your LO is getting.  Has it interfered with night sleep yet?  My ds is 9 months and still occassionally has a catnap (if he wakes from his 2nd nap before 2:30) and it does not mess with his night sleep - in fact, it actually helps :)

Enfys still has one too, like Anne said, on days when her other naps aren't great.
