When can you drop the catnap?

How much A time does LO need to be able to do to drop the catnap? Can you also post a typical routine for this? Would the E be pushed back when this happens?

We have recently dropped the catnap and my LO is 7 months. Your LO should be able to handle about 3 hours of A time to go down to 2 naps. My LO usually has 2hr.45m. A time in the morning and about 3 hours A time in the afternoon. Our E time does get pushed back a bit, depending on how long he naps. Here's the routine my LO has sort of fallen into:

E-7:00
A-Solids @ 8:15
S-9:45-11/11:30
Y-

E-11/11:30 (Whenever he wakes from nap)
A-Solids @ 12:30
S-2:00-3:30/4
Y-

E-3:30/4 (Whenever he wakes from nap)
A-Solids @ 5:15, Bath @ 6:00
E-6:30
S-7:00pm til morning
