Michelle, how about a couple of baby biscuits (Plasmon) or some porridge. You could even try some bread soaked in milk, but I suppose it should be wheat-free :-\  (or maybe not, depending on how much wheat you already give, if you do at all.

Good luck honey and my offer on MSN was real ;) ;D 8)

I gave DS and DD weetabix from around six months.  I was talking to MIL about it recently and she said that apparently there was an article recently about the sodium content of adult cereals and that baby cereals should be used until the child is a year old.  Mind you, I know that salt is a big UK issue and we have far too much in our foods compared with the rest of Europe so you may be ok in Italy.

Not really been much help have I?  :-[  Sorry  :-*

I think I checked the label on Weetabix before giving it to DS and, IIRC, it doesn't contain lots of salt.  We also give Ready Brek.

We gave weetabix from six months, also softened cheerios (all as per dietician's ok) (I softened them in her milk and gave them to her as finger foods).
