Fast flow too slow?

Hi,

My ds has been on fast flow teats for 3 months (he is now 8 months) and lately the teats have been collasping and he seems to be sucking so hard.  Would a vari flow teat be better for him?  He has an open doody cup for other drinks but he would be too slow using it for milk.

Anyone had this problem?

give it a try. but what brand is it? avent has no 4 teat as well- my almost 2yo dd still uses it for her milk.

They are tommy tippee - I thought 3 was the fastest - I'll check out their website maybe they do a 4 too.
