hi there, it is a very normal phase, we have been through this too. What I do is offer breakfast, dinner, and tea, along with 2 snacks, and it is all what we as a family are eating and do not offer an alternative. Yes, it meant DS DID go to bed hungry sometimes, but thats the way it was, and he soon caught on that he needed to eat what we ate as was not preparing alternatives. What I DID try to do was offer meals with desirable foods, along with other things that he may not like but they still were offered
ie: he loves chicken nuggets, so I would maybe offer chicken nuggets, and veg (he is not so keen on), and then some potatoes. If he didnt eat it all, or none of it, I would take it away with no fuss and then he would have to wait until the next offering. hth a little xxxxx
