Michele, welcome back! Thank you for all your help. Like I mentioned in the previous posts while you were gone, Emma has turned the corner and is sleeping independently (for the most part). But, I did have a question regarding wake to sleep...
At daycare, Emma gives her at least one long nap in the day (1.5 - 2 hrs). This is usually in the afternoon from 12:30 - 2:00 PM. The rest of the time in the mornings, she's doing catnaps. (Darn! Still working on that short napping problem.) Anyway, should we try wake to sleep or is that more for short napping at habitual times? Everyonce in a while, she'll give me a long nap in the morning, but it's rare. Is wake to sleep only if she wakes up at the 45 minute mark? Emma is inconsistent. She wakes sometimes after 30 minutes and other times after 45 minutes.
