My 6.5 mo dd2 has been on the perfect 4 hr easy for some time now (2 2hr naps plus a 45 min catnap per day, 2 hrs A time).  I loved it.  For the last few days, however, she's been waking at the 1 to 1.5 hour point, which is not enough for her.  Plus, last night she woke for her night feed as per usual, but didn't go back to sleep after as she normally does.  Instead she was up for 2 hours (started out calling for me but escalated into inconsolable crying after about 15 minutes... I tried re-swaddling her, unswaddling, changing her diaper, pu/pd, giving her tylenol, nothing worked so I finally gave up and fed her again - she didn't drink much but was soothed enough that she fell asleep).

She is teething, I can see the bumps where those first bottom teeth will be coming, but nothing yet.  She finally just got the hang of regularly rolling over (took physiotherapy to get her to this point), and she does have 'wonder weeks' where things will be off for several days but then she'll get back on track and that's usually when she makes some sort of developmental leap.

She is EBF, haven't started solids yet, she has no props (aside from the swaddle that I'd like to ditch anytime - she's having none of that) and sleeps independently.

Our routine used to be
E7:00
A
S9:00-11:00
E11:00
A
S1-3
E 3:00
A
S 4:45-530
A
E 6:30
S 7:00

night feed somewhere between 3 and 5 am

Now it's pretty much the same, but the naps are only 1-1.5 hours long and so we move the whole schedule up as she seems to only tolerate 2 hours of A time, so it ends up with catnap at 4 (where she'll usually sleep until 5:30).

Any thoughts?

Sounds like she is trying to extend her awake time and drop the cat nap. Do you think she can handle a longer awake time?

Hi Natasha! She starts to 'growl' at me when she's had enough.  I try to go by the cues and not the clock, but honestly I could set my clock by her cues IYKWIM.  I'll try to stretch it a bit tomorrow by maybe 10 or 15 minutes, and see how that goes, maybe?

OK... here's how today went
6:45 Wake
7:00 E, A
9:00 S
10:30 E
12:45 tried to put her down for a nap, she was having none of it (usually that means she's hungry, so I fed her - she had fallen asleep in the car at 12:30 for 5 minutes only)
2:00 S (I waited until she started her tired cues, watched her like a hawk since that was really 3.5 hrs of A time with a microsleep in the middle)
4:20 E

That takes us up to now...  I won't give her a catnap, her last feed will be at 6:30 and then into bed.  Any thoughts?

Ya, we definitely go straight to bed after that last feed (although it's not feeding to sleep).  Otherwise the day looked OK, though?  I guess more importantly the day went well, we'll see what tonight brings!  :)
