Jenloafer - if you are supplementing with formula or even ebm, it will cause your supply to decrease.  Feeding more frequently or offering the "third" or even "fourth" side will get your supply back up.  Supply goes by demand, so if he is getting full on the bottle, demand will continue to go down, thus supply going down.  If you go back to feeding longer/more often your supply should come back.
