Hi,
I'm just wondering when naps really start to get consistent. I have an almost 12 week old son and he's on a combo 2.5-3.5 hour flexible EASY routine. I find that the flexible routine is the only way I can get things done in the day. At around 5-6 weeks he really started to sort his nighttime sleep out and it became consolidated to about 9-10 hours a night (with 1-2 feeds depending on the night). I've noticed that recently, since he's been 10-11 weeks old, he's started to consistently take a nap in the morning after his first feed, and another catnap in the evening before the bedtime feed. The daytime naps seem a bit less consistent though and I know he needs long naps during the day. Do you think this could be because I'm keeping him on a flexible routine? Should I try to stay more consistent with my time between feeds, or is it just that he's still sorting out his daytime sleep? Thanks!
Kate
