Should I wake him now? Help needed anyone WWYD?
« on: June 11, 2008, 09:38:30 am »
Hi DS is on one nap most days now - yesterday he got woken by the rubbish men (URGHHHH!) less than an hour into his nap and refused a later nap and had an early bed of 6.30.  He woke at 6.30 this morning (an hour or so early) and at 9.15 fell asleep on my lap!  I put him to bed its now been 1.15 mins - should I wake him and try for a later nap.  His nap lengths are anything from 2 - 3 hours.

I think he does better with the long am nap right? In that case I would leave him as you prob wont get anohter long one in and do a short cat nap.

If he likes the long pm nap then I would do the other way round.

Cheers!  He woke about 5 mins after I posted - typical! So I have the battle of the second nap later - can't wait!

Thanks ladies - he fought me so much and eventually went to sleep for 20 whole minutes!!  He has been so grumpy today I'm looking forward to bedtime and some peace!
