what if the nap is starting when its almost feeding time?
« on: August 10, 2008, 18:59:04 pm »
Since i am trying EASY (translated into FIJN - NICE in Dutch) things have changed positively here in Holland.
It's day three and my 5 month old girl just went to sleep in her own bed with only a 1 minute cry.
Sleeping in the daytime in her bed is still hard though. MY QUESTION: What do i do when theu little girl is i.g
E: 11:00
A: till 13:30, then signs of sleepyness
S: 14:00

then its almost time for her next meal?! If i breastfead her before her nap, she sleeps 2,5 hour.
If not.. she will probably wake up after only an hour?

I hope someone can give me advise.
greets from the Netherlands.

Hi M !
Iwas on a 2/3 hour EASY and now that i have read the book.. On to 4 hour. She is 5 months old, But not a big baby.
And she eats fruit for lunch as an extra and a few spoons of carrot and 70 cc'pap' (dont know the english word) for diner.
So she's quite an eater.
But strangly, my tread dissapeared here, and i started him again on the EASY sction.

It happened today again.. hungry and sleepy when i got home. I now always make sure she wakes up before i put her to bed.

groetjes ("Grewchess" greetings, first lesson ;-)
