EASY for 4 week old

Just wondering if anyone can post some example EASY routines for me for around 4 week old baby. This is the routine im aiming for. Just wondered if its realistic.

7am - feed
7.15 - 8am - active time and nappy change
8am - 10am sleep
10am - feed
10.15am - 11am - active time and nappy change
11am - 1pm sleep
1pm - feed
1.15pm - 2pm - active time and nappy change
2pm - 4pm sleep
4pm - feed
4.15pm - 5pm - active time and nappy change
5pm - sleep
6.30pm - bath
7pm - feed
7.15pm bed
11pm - dreamfeed
3am - feed
7am - start over again

Hiya, my lo is now 5wks but your routine looks pretty much like ours (as long as lo goes with it lol). Sometimes A time is shorter then 45min but it depends on lo cues for tiredness. At 6.30 we give lo half feed then do bath & massage then 2nd half of feed, then to bed about 7.30 he wakes himself around 10.30-12.30 (depends on what his day is like) then he wakes for next feed around 3-5am (again depends on the day & how much he has eaten).  Apparently this routine is ok as he seems to be sleeping.
Would be interested to see how you go when you try it.

What kind of lol do you have (eg spirited etc).
