My husband and I can't cook much of anything. We survive on frozen dinners and sandwiches (him the dinners, me the sandwiches) and going over to my perents ;D. The problem is I don't want to feed my lo frozen dinners and sandwiches are boring. Do you have any simple (and when I mean simple I mean, browing meat, boiling pasta and mixing in the spaghetti sauce is sometimes a challenge for me  :-[ )

I have a few days off a week so I would love to be able to freeze some of the foods to reheat at a later date.

Thanks in advances.  ;)

Not much of a cook either.  My dd, just turned 3 reciently been on a food strike and doesnt want to eat dinner.  She found a gerber graduates in the drawer and wanted it so I made it for her and she ate two.  I decided to make my own.  Brown rice, chicken, broccoli carrots and peas.  I made a gravy with chicken stock and whole wheat flower, and mixed it all together. She wasnt fooled and wouldnt eat it but it was rather good.  Dh and I ate it.  I also make spaghetti and add veggies and chicken.  She loves that.
