Lunch ideas for babysitter

I bring my 9 month old to my sister-in-laws everyday and she watches him. What can I pack in his diaper bag that she can give him for lunch for finger foods? I'm trying to teach him how to eat with his fingers and he gets real aggrevated because his chubby fingers can't grasp the food... like Cheerio's. So, I want him to get more practice during the day. Any ideas? Preferrably things that don't need to be refrigerated or cooked....??

You might want to try Baby Mum Mums or something of that sort. It is big enough for chubby fingers to pick up and he is still learning to self feed
