Glad she went!!!!   I ALWAYS keep a jar of baby-food prune/pear mixture in the house.  She won't eat the baby food prunes anymore (can't blame her!) but then I saw prune/pear, and about 3 times a week I give her half of a jar........keeps us going smooth!!!  She has constipation often, ( no idea why...she drinks tons of water and eats fruits every single day...no bananas, no rice...ever)  but not since I started this.  Good luck!

My lo is close to 3.  Her constipation got muuuuchhh better as she got older.

I still make sure she has a healthy dose of binding and non binding foods, but again, it has gotten a ton better.
