1 year old just wakes for hours through the night but seriously cant cope any mo

Hi

Posted when son was 10 months in desperation but now really at the end of teather.
He sleeps ok from 7ish till 11 or 12 but then basically awake untill 4.30 ish - i have tried everything i can think of - really - and just cant take anymore.

Please help

I'm going to move you over to Toddler Sleep as your LO is more than a year old.... 

In the meantime, a few questions:

1. can you post your daytime routine? 
2. can he get to sleep on his own for naps and bedtime?
3. How many months old is he?

Agh, I WAS going to move you to Toddler Sleep - but as I'm stepping down as moderator I don't have the rights to do that any more!     I am not sure who the mods are on this board now - hopefully one will be along soon to move you!
