If she naps for 15-30 mins, you try to resettle for a maximum of 20mins, and if you're nowhere near, you take a break and try to put her down again 30 mins later.  Or else you do pressure at the jolts, but you need to be by her when she's coming out of her deep sleep.  Do you think you can sneak in instead of staying there all nap long?  I used to do that, and I was becoming depressed by staying in a dark room all day.

I see what you are saying re. reflux.  So you feed her, then change her, and give her super quiet time until the 20mins reflux thing is over.  Ideally you include the wd in those 20 mins, and into bed.
