So I switched Spencer to one nap cold turkey about 4 months ago (once we did it there was no going back) Very rarely on a bad day at daycare she'd crash for 15 or 20 mins at 2:30/3:00, but no more. On days at home she used to easily do a 3 hour nap, so our day looked like this:
7:00 - up for the day
12:00 - nap
3:00 - up from nap
7:00 - bedtime
She's very religious about that 7pm bedtime (no matter when the nap ends), we have even dropped Masyn's nap to keep her at that bedtime too, but now the trouble is the nap is only 1.5 - 2 hours at home and at daycare it's a crapshoot as to whether it will be 45 min or 2 hours (they have more babies now that schools back in session so less time to work on her nap)
I cannot even think of a NW or EW since she was 7 or 8 months old, even with teething, GS, sickness, etc. so I don't think it is that, but she has started talking in sentences lately (DH does not believe me but I swear she said "what does kitty say?" the other day!) Could it be developmental or just that she doesn't need as much sleep?
I'll stop before this gets too long

...I'm kind of just sounding things out here, not sure if I should be tweaking something or just let her be.
