kicking legs in sleep

hi all. this is my 1st time on so please be gentle! my 7 month old son has always slept in my bed but he didn't actually ever sleep well so i have just started pu/pd in his cot which seems to be working really well. he is still wking every hour and a half but it is an improvement! my prob is that when he was in my bed he liked to rest his feet on my,still squidgy,tummy and now he desn't know what to do with them. any ideas?

Hello, why don`t you try to put some folded blanket under his legs or maybe you can tuck his blanket around his legs tight so he can feel safe....
Another idea is a sleeping bag, it worked well with my boys and it also stopped them climbing out of the cot when they started to walk....

may sound silly, how about a warm water bottle lol filled with a small amount of water to make it wobbly (not implying you tummy is wobbly lol) but maybe the sleeping bag a good idea too

Ty so much for ur kind words and help. Baby doesn't like sleeping bags,he finds them too restrictive by he loves the water bottle! Time for me to hit the gym!! I haven't had more than 2 hrs sleep since baby was born 7 months ago but at least he is sleeping in his got now! Thx again x

Glad could help :) My ds never liked it either and would always fight coz he couldnt stand up or couldnt crawl to where he wants to lay down lol.
