My little chipmunk...
« on: April 15, 2009, 23:47:54 pm »
So what's the deal with packing the food in his cheeks? no matter the food (cherios, carrots, bananas, rusk, apples, etc...) I think he is ready for more, put more on his tray or offer him his cup of water and when he opens his mouth food just tumbles out.  Should this be something I "work on" or just leave it as it is? PS, Wesley is 9 months old:-)

It's a phase.  Both of mine went through this.  Just offer less and maybe a little sip of water to encourage him to swallow first?  Hang in there.

Thanks, it's not a major problem by any means I just figured I'd ask.  an hour after dinner we'll be at bath time and all of a sudden a carrot will fall out into the tub! It makes me laugh:-)
