My toddler refusing a nap
« on: May 23, 2009, 11:50:52 am »
Hey, its the third day now and my LO who is 19 and half month is absolutely refusing a nap in the afternnon. Last week she was going for 2 or 2 and half hrs and this week zilch! :-( Here is a routine last week

8-8.30 wake
9am- eat breakie
9-10 A
10- snack
10-11.30 A
11.30 to 11.45- Eat lunch
1pm sleep
3 pm -wake
3.30- eat
3.30- 5.30 A
5.30 dinner
7.30 bath
8 bed

Lats few days the afternoon nap is not there so i take her in bed reall early like 6.30. Bedtime is horrendous as she is exhauted and dinner is not much fun either.

What is going on??? Please tell me its  aphase and that she will come out of it! Anyone else who are going through this as well?

Do you see any signs of teeth by any chance?  How long have you been on 1 nap?

it is just a phase hopefully for you, my ds did the same thing and it lasted only a few weeks and then back to normal.
