Hi,

I'm going to start offering DD a snack after she wakes from her naps, but not really sure what to offer her.

I just started offering snacks.  I give my guy pieces of banana, toast fingers, or avocado...but need more ideas too!

We do the following snacks:
-cheerios or those baby "puffs"
-barley's biscuits
-baby mum-mums
-diced peaches (from the can, I rinse the fruit juice off first)
-pieces of nutrigrain bar
-toast
-kiwi

Good luck!

I was a bit confused as I give her fruit for a pudding.  She isn't keen on yoghurts at all at the mo, so that's a no no.

Have you tried Soy yoghurts? My son loves them!

We have lots of fruit for snacks - any that he can feed himself, rice crackers, wine biscuits (that's what they're called in NZ, like rich tea), cooked carrot sticks, scotch pancakes, little sandwiches with marmite or cream cheese, toast...

Even tried Jelly which he quite liked playing with, but not keen on all the sugar in it!
