Hey Mashi thanks  :-* :-* :-*  I didn't know the inbox was full.  Will take care of it one of these days  :P

Minimi no advice to give you unfortunately.  Your lo seems to be quite the opposite of mine.  But for what it's worth what helped me was to do her nap 30mins later, so 2pm instead of 1.30pm.  Worth a try??  Or maybe Natasha and Becky have some other tips for you.

Natasha, thanks for checking in on us.  It's going well thankfully.  All it took was to start doing her nap 30mins later and everything went back to normal.  Naps are 2.5-3hrs long bedtime is 8pm and wake up is not earlier than 7am.  So mummy's happy  ;D ;D

That is great we are also back on track with naps too all i had to do was move her nap 15mins to 12.45pm and she is back to napping for 2hrs and nights are 11.5hrs at night ;D
Minimi defiantly try a later nap if that doesn't work then perhaps you may need to cut that nap back a little.

Thanks girls :-*  She had a busy morning yesterday. Nap at 1.30 she woke at 3 by herself, so not a great nap as I'd expected, then DH got her into bed by 8pm and she was awake at 4.15am!!!!! (doesn't help that I've got insomnia at the moment and dindn't sleep til 2.30 myself!!) DH told me to put my earplugs in and stayed awake til 7am when she finally grizzled and he went in and she then slept til 9.30am. Just don't know where to start really as i'm getting more and more tired and I don't want her to wreck her routine. Will try for a later nap today (espacially as she woke later this morning than usual) and Ill see how that goes.
Glad things are working well for you Charmie and Natasha.
