HI there, I think your LO is looking for more A time...4 months A time is around 1 hour and 45 - 2 hours.  I would try to push the morning out by 5 or 10 mins (depending on your LO temperament and ability to adjust) and see if that yields a longer nap.  Are you aiming for the 4 hour EASY?  Around 4 months is when they move to 2 longer naps and a CN to see them through until bedtime.

The problem is when they short nap for the first nap, the rest of their A times usually need to be reduced so they don't get OT due to short-napping all day.

How are your nights?  Any problems with bedtime? How does she go down for naps?  Is she an independent sleeper or are you using props?  Have you tried extending her naps?  Is she waking happy or is she cranky throughout the day?
The tweaking never stops!
