Cutting molars and food intake
« on: November 30, 2009, 00:56:39 am »
Lo is 12.5 months and is cutting two molars at the moment. Her appetite is not large, never was! I have noticed for the past three days that she has been pushing dinners away and drinking about 10-13ozs of milk at night.  Meals are always a struggle as she gets bored very easily so I am always trying to change things up.  At the moment, I am running out of ideas.

Anyhow, is it fine for her bedtime milk to be this high?  I don't know if it is her molars or if she is holding off for her milk!

Here is what she ate today
7am milk 7oz
9am breakfast: 2 tbspn of cereal + 2 biscuits+ few dry cheerios + few blueberries
lunch 6 Rotini pasta with 2 tbpsn of peas
Snack 3pm: 3 pretzel sticks + bite of strawberry
Dinner 5-5:15pm-not interested so I offered her some yogurt and fish crackers
7pm 13oz milk

It's pretty common for LOs to go off food or do things differently while teething. I wouldn't worry about it until you see those pearly whites ;)
