Honestly that is really up to personal choice.
His night sleep is a little low, but if you have night wakings when you change things, then I guess you could just leave them the way they are.
The main difference of what people would usually do in this situation is cut that second nap to 20-30 min to allow for an earlier bedtime. But, if you don't mind bedtime being later than things are fine, right?
Another reason people cut that second nap would be that your LO is getting over 3 hours of day sleep and at this age the max is usually 3.
What will happen over time is he will up the A time in the morning making that nap later, and then he will run out of time for that late catnap. So if things stay the way they are right now that will be how you get to one nap
