You don't want to hear this but..... 10.5 hours at night is sometimes enough. My kids have only and always slept 10 hours at night, sometimes 10.5. The only extension happened when my oldest dropped his nap entirely (at 3.75 yrs) so that he now sleeps 11-12 hrs every night with a nap once a week, at most, to get a little caught up. Last night he was asleep at 7:30 and is still asleep now at 7am. My youngest is my ew'er. He is in bed between 7 and 8 and then wakes at 5 or 6am. I hate it but he has NEVER slept more than 10hrs and he takes a 2.5-3 hour nap every day, so a total of 13 hours a day. Normal, sadly. Last night, he didn't go to bed until 8:15 (because we tried 2 naps since he was up at 5am yesterday morning) and woke at 6:15. Unfortunately, he was awake at 3, for over an hour. I would rather be up early than be up in the night. I guess we won't do 2 naps again...
Sorry, I went off a bit. The best thing for you to try, and I am no expert, is to try to shift the entire day ahead so that bedtime is later and then hopefully you get a later wakeup. The shift means all meals/sleep etc move ahead by 10-15 mins every several days- don't rush it though. The 2 hour nap is great- I wouldn't be shortening it, if I were you. And the nap seems to be timed ok since she is sleeping for 2 hours. You could def try a later bedtime, maybe 7:15? Might get you closer to 6am.
HTH, Keep us posted!
