11 week old waking for pacifier
« on: December 14, 2009, 03:15:01 am »
my baby is 11 weeks old and for the past week or so has been waking consistently at the 4 or 4:30 hour wanting his pacifier.  he doesn't usually want to eat until closer to the 6:30 hour, but he will wake at 4:30 am and every 45 minutes from there on out needing his pacifier.  he has a DF at 11 and then sleeps soundly until 4:30 and then is up.  any idesa?

Im in the same boat ...... i have a dummy addict !!
Scarlet is now 16 weeks and totally hooked . I promised myself i wouldnt fall into that trap and its happened . She wakes around 3-4 am and every few mins  im putting it back in .The problem is she has associated sleeping with the dummy . So this morning im going cold turkey !
In fact as i write this she is wriggling on my leg as she is tired and wants the dummy , but i have to be strong as im getting so sleep deprived now .
All i can say is COLD TURKEY ! good luck xx
