Well I'm just pulling my hair out....  >:( :'( >:( :'(  It's been a several days of observation and I get such mixed results.

I think the A time is right since I've sometimes had good naps.  I've been doing 3 hours...sometimes 2 hour 50 min if she's really cranky and crying for milk.  She goes down so easily that I think for sure it will be a good nap.  Then wakes 10 min later.  AHHGG!!!   It's torture!!!  >:(  :'(  >:(  :'(

But here's our variation, usually this is how our naps go:

20 min
20 min
45 min
30 min
1 hour 15 min
20 min
40 min
60 min
20 min
10 min

I get a full sleep cycle here and there...but mostly not.  And rarely I'll get more then one full sleep cycle so i'll have hope that if I just stick with that time frame, it will eventually get better and better...but it seems to be getting worse.  Just like before, I thought I had it worked out and then it just got worse and worse.

I had 3 15-20 min naps yesterday

I had 3 15-30 min naps the day before

I just had a 10 min nap this morning after a 3 hour A time.  She was alert and playing and only right before the 3 hour mark did she start getting cranky, like she was ready for her nap.  So her cues are matching what the A time I hope to do is.

What am I doing wrong?  I just want to scream! It's not working and I don't know why.   :'(  ???  :'(  ???  :'(

Just a little update.  After 40 min she rubbed her eyes so I tried again and got her down for a 40 min nap.

I'm going to try and do a full A of 3 hours and see what happens.  FX!
