Hi, just curious if the 'A' time includes the wind down before naps. My 5.5 months old daughter doesn't like to be 'wound down' together by me holding her or anything, she generally likes to be put in her cot, given a kiss and cuddle and left alone with some soft music playing to wind down. She will normally lie there 'talking' and playing and blowing spit bubbles for about 10 mins and then will go to sleep. So even though she is in bed I still consider it part of her 'A' time...does that make sense?
