I feel like I have posted a million problems in the last few weeks! If it's not one thing it's another and I feel like I can't get it just right! We are battling with 45 min naps I've tried most things, I extended her A time today resulting in 30 min waking - OT. She used to sleep well from 7pm to 7/7.30am, she dropped the night feed for a while but got to dependent on the dummy so I went back to feeding her. She has now started waking somewhere between 3 &4.30 for a feed and then again around 5/5.30 & the only way she will go back to sleep is with the dummy (we are working on dummy weaning) then her sleep between then and wake up is really crappy. She's up no later than 7 now. Thing is I don't think she is that hungry at her night feed because she doesn't take a full feed and she is then not hungry for her 7am feed. She is almost 16 weeks & bottle fed she drinks 30oz a day (not including the night feed - night feed is 3-4oz) and I know a lot of older babies who don't eat this much! She isn't big either only 12lbs.
Any ideas how I can help her get better sleep?
