hi yazzie
well, as i have twins i have to be a bit flexible with the routine as shh/ patting in the room with the other twin gets dodgy as i worry about waking the other (i am thinking of setting up a portacot in another room if things get really desperate....also i m just that tired i cant sustain 20 minutes at the moment....
but this is what i try to do - mornings are the worst as my partner leaves for work super early i have to manage the twins and a 6am waking toddler - sometimes i can get everyone back to sleep till seven other times everyones up...arghh!
somewhere between 6 & 7 the twins stir i try to shh/ pat and or feed back to sleep and hopefully back to sleep till 730 and then their A time is one hour with a wind down at 50 minutes (again if both twins are up i have to just do what i can) and then they can sleep anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours to me having to wake them at the 3 hour feed time. so i cant spell out the EASY routine as i just get as close as i can each day with both.
One twin gets disasterously OT by end of the day and i am still working out how to manage her, i had some other BW advice that she could have wind which i am working on (im not very patient with winding!!) and can scream on and off till 9pm , the other twin is back in bed on time.
If the twins do their catnap and are up at 430 - should i fit another nap in and move bedtime will later?? or feed them and put them down earlier??
they feed 4 hourly at nightly, again roughly sometimes get a longer stretch
sorry if this is a mess but have such little time!! thank you so very much.

and then i EASY it with the aim of having everyone back in bed by a similar time 12 hours later.
E 10, 1 , 4 and then in the evenings im never sure what to do as the last catnap can end up being too far away from bedtime so wanted your advice with this too?? should i just feed them at
