3 hour routine help!
« on: June 10, 2010, 18:19:29 pm »
My baby (10 weeks) normally takes 30 minute naps.  I hate it but she wakes happy most the time so I can live with it.  I've tried lenghtening them with no luck.  Anyways, my dilema is how do we keep to a 3 hour routine when she's only napping 30 minutes?  Her awake time is anywhere from 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours, which makes about a 2 hour routine.  What can I do?  How do I make it work?  I want her days to be preditable-I want her to know what comes next.  Lately I've just made sure she's eating 3 hours apart but sometimes her naps and eating overlap so I'll have to adjust, which probably gets confusing for her.  What should I do?

Hi there, are you able to put up your day in EASY format just so we can see whats going on in the day as a whole?

for example

awake for the day at 7am
E 7am
A 7-8.10
S 8.10-8.40

E... etc etc
